Each day is a blessing. Appreciating all that we have, as opposed to what we don't, is what really matters. I realize that now, more than ever before. I try and do something everyday to help nurture my soul and pass that energy onto others. Taking care of people is a huge part of my life. It's been a lifelong commitment and something I am very passionate about. What I cherish about exercise, is that it allows me to nourish my physical and emotional well-being, and be a better person in all that I do. I enjoy my daily workouts, which is why it's important for me to find someone that's compatible and understanding of those needs.
