We are a fun loving couple who have been in the lifestyle for several years. We are the owners/ hosts of Knoxville's only premier Bed and Breakfast lifestyle club. We are a private members only club that caters to the swinger and fetish community. We launched our club in late June 2021 and now have over 1,000 members. Our parties have an average attendance of 25 to 35 people on Friday nights and between 30 to 60 people each Saturday night. We host weekly lifestyle/swinger parties on Saturday nights, as well as bi couples, singles and crossdressers/trans parties on Friday nights at a very discreet residence on 6 private acres just outside of Farragut. We serve appetizers, a full buffet dinner, desserts, soft drinks, tea, lemonade, coffee and mixers at our parties. Our events are BYOB so everyone can feel free to bring their own favorite alcoholic beverages. We have 3,500 sq ft of newly renovated indoor party space. There is a comfortable seating area for socializing, full kitchen, a 16 person home theater playroom with 75 inch�widescreen TV, an adjoining public playroom that has 2 queen size beds, as well as a private playroom for those who desire more privacy. There are 3 private baths with showers. We have a 1,500 sq ft deck with up to 4 TVs to watch multiple sports events, 2 fire pits and a 5 person hot tub. In addition, we have a party area we call "The Ballroom" which seats up to 80 people with a 75 inch widescreen TV playing music videos, a professional DJ and Karaoke digital sound system streaming over 50,000 songs, nightclub lighting, dance floor and 2 stages for live events. We also have a guest DJ who entertains our groups 2 Saturdays a month and on occasion we have a house band that offers live music. In addition, we book stand-up comedians, burlesque shows, drag shows, etc., as well as offer weekly theme parties and other special events. If you are interested in overnight stays we also have bedrooms available on a reservation basis. It is truly a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. There is a balance between socializing and more intimate activities, and there is a strong emphasis on respecting each individuals boundaries and comfort levels. It is important for everyone to feel safe and welcome in the environment, and we strive to create a space where people can feel at ease and enjoy themselves. The variety of activities and entertainment options depending on the night are always a lot of fun.
