OK,, it is Thursday and time for us to consider our fitness programs. Why you ask? Because I said so . . I know we are at all different ages, have more or less time available to commit to fitness. But it is worth a reminder. Do you have an on going fitness program? Is it hit or miss, or have you decided not to? I have transitioned in retirement from a rather rigorous military fitness regime to something much less. But I do try to maintain a 4-5 times a week workout. I do supplement it as often as possible though with "special cardio" workouts. Please share your thoughts,, even tongue in cheek is fine

Well, technology strikes again. I could not figure out how to take a Black and White picture, so my choice was the next best thing .. How about a Black T shirt ,white boxer briefs and black socks? Since I was getting out of the shower and getting dressed, why not?

Here is another post from a group I belonged to in the past. It generated a lot of interest and I thought I would share it with you and see what you have to say.
For some of us, our sexual desires sometimes stray a little from the beaten path. Possibly a fantasy, or it could be a specific act, straying away from what is euphemistically referred as “vanilla”. It can also be something that you just enjoy and want your partner know about. It can be a single act, a lifestyle or any combination. In those cases, have you ever had to explain to a new partner..your reasons for needing what you do or why you have certain desires?  Sorry, a slip of the tongue there. It is Sunday, the end of the weekend. What do you do today? When I was working, I tried to have this day for laying around, or at least resting, getting recharged for the week ahead. Saturday was my chore day. Do you use this day for recharging, or is it a charge ahead and doing chores day? I did not do it often, but a day of snuggling was in order on occasion.

I am curious, how many of us have ever been to a nude beach, or nude pool? If you have, was it a fun experience? If you have not, would you like to go to one and experience it? I have, I really enjoyed the freedom of the nudity. I have to admit, it took some time to get used to it , but was well worth the effort. What are the pros and cons of public nudity on the beach or at the pool(assuming is a legal location for adults). I am looking forward to reading your experiences and opinions.

Back to 10 April 14 I have noticed many Female visitors, between the ages of 21 and 29, all with “oddly” spelled profile names . Of course I was flattered and checked the profiles. There were a total of 34 female profiles that meet this description. I discovered that all of the profiles were created at strangely similar dates ,, had one picture or none, and the profile narratives are no more than 3 lines long. And none of them had any friends (rather odd for attractive young woman). In most cases they visited in groups of 2 to 4 at a time. And with the exception of two profiles, they are from Canada and the UK. Does this seem odd to you? Another , more sophisticated game by the site? Or simply , my animal magnetism?
