It is getting colder here, so I have to step up my exercise regime to compensate. It is a bit tougher with this virus thing. Sometimes the "scenery" at the gym is very good, other times, not so much ( the gym is on a military installation). In the past I have enjoyed going with my partner to the gym. There is something about a person working hard, breathing hard that is sexy to me. Do you work out at a gym facility? Do you have an alternate program? If not why not? If you do what do you enjoy about it?

 There is some interesting scenery at the gym, some great eye candy sometimes. We walk when we can been kind of hard lately but we have been getting a work out from just running around. I hope you enjoy a sexy Saturday..

 You don't get a body like mine by exercising! I do enjoy the outdoors, even in the cold, and try to take a walk a couple of times a week.

 Had a membership but decided to get a few exercise machines at the house. Way better that way I can’t miss a day. 30 minutes doing something. Stay fit ..stay young hugs V
