My complaint is that there are so many inactive and single-use profiles clogging up my searches. 99Flavors.com should have some mechanism, or method, to determine if a profile is inactive, and purge it from the site.

Does anyone, male, or female, have experience with bilateral knee replacement? I am concerned that my new knees might prevent certain positions or activities, due to discomfort. For instance, I enjoy doggy style sex. Will my knees be able to take that? Can I kneel comfortably in order to perform oral sex on my partner, if circumstances put me in that position?
