If you wish in one hand and shit in the other, which will fill up first?
I wish I had a again. Where I live now I cannot have a pet at all. My neighbors are allowed to have two dogs and we have the same landlord. Their dogs are tied out most of the day, bark a lot, shit on my side of the yard. Oh and did I mention that it smells like urine all the time in my kitchen because of these two dogs?
At first I thought that smell was actually something in my kitchen. I scrubbed everything and couldn't get rid of the smell. But when I went out the back door, I realized it is from these dogs.
I just moved here and cannot afford to move again.

I have difficulty sleeping sometimes and usually know why. Last night I slept maybe 4 hrs, very unusual for me. I've had a continuous hot flash for the last few hours. I feel like I'm on fire, not sick and still tired. I want to sleep, but can't because of this continuous hot flash. I'm no doctor, but I'm thinking Menopause. Symptoms of Menopause often include insomnia and hot flashes, but a continuous feeling of being on fire? The AC is on and it is not helping. Now the sun is up and I feel like at some point today I will need a nap. I don't want my vacation to be like this; sleeping at odd times.
This fluctuation in hormones or whatever it is is not boding well with me right now!

For those who don't know, women do not like being called names. I know, some of you have not been properly raised or socialized. Do not tell us that you like "bitchy" women. It's all wrong and you are not getting laid. You might as well just said we are a bitch.
It is horrible when you come in contact with a woman that knows who she is and what she wants and speaks her mind. A woman that sets healthy boundaries is not bitchy or a bitch.
Get educated and know how to properly address a woman and you might get laid.

Police At My Door

I moved to the house in now at the end of May. The local police have been to my door twice now to give the mandatory fliers for Megan's Law people living in my neighborhood.
Funny thing is, I answered the door wearing my T-Shirt with the American Flag and a Blue Line through it. Shows my support for law enforcement, other than my job which is a police dispatcher.
Just thought I would share this little coincidence.

I wrote an earlier post that I had met someone on another site. Well, it's a no go. In person he doesn't seem to have much of a personality. Maybe he was nervous, maybe he didn't like me, who knows. But that chapter was short. Next chapter.

I cannot get motivated today. I just keep procrastinating. I binged the last season of Twelve Monkeys and I brushed my teeth. That has been the extent of my day.
I looked through some profiles. Nothing there. I am starting to believe that I'm not even good enough for myself. If I wouldn't date me, then why would anyone else.
Well, I have to do something. Guess I'll visit my mom and see if she needs help with anything.

I see a lot of profiles where the man describes how he wants to "hang out". Those words illicit many thoughts in my head. Do you want to be friends? Go out for a meal/drinks/coffee? Movies? Fishing/Hunting? Do each others hair? What specifically do you want to do when you say "hang out"? Because to me this means I could tie you up with some rope and hang you, outside maybe? I don't know, these are the thoughts that come through my head when people are vague instead of just putting the truth in their profile. YOU WANT TO FUCK! There I said it for you.
Was that so difficult?

Met someone from another site. We have a few things in common. He currently works in a prison and I used to work in one. So we both understand that culture. We both want to visit a few of the same places. He has a good head on his shoulders. Doesn't seem to be an asshole, or at least not yet anyway. I'm just not sure about him. Something feels off.
Maybe I'm not pushing the right buttons in our conversations. But I guess I'll figure it out. He lives in my area, so that is a plus. No traveling miles and miles to try and have a relationship.

Started watching an AMC original show called Dietland. I find it to be eclectic. Meaning, it is several genres rolled into one show. Each character is a little off and with each episode I am trying to figure out just who is part of the movement known as "Jennifer".
"Jennifer" is a movement that is about making men accountable for the sexual assaults on women in the most public way they can without revealing their identity.
