Keep an eye out for big upgrades to AFF As some of you have noticed, there are multiple projects rolling out that are improving the website. Some early ones: In the message center, you can now delete individual messages and move conversations into folders. Extra cupid filters can be set to better target who you'll see on many pages. When you view your favorite photos, you can scroll through them 20x faster and browse large photos. Some of you may be seeing updates to the search results that make it faster, prettier and give you most options to find members. Similar updates for friend network, hotlist and others. The momentum is building.  |

I'm still quite dismayed that Silver memberships no longer exist, and that there's no convenient way for a standard member to contact another - if I drop a note to someone via the profile page, I simply get a screen that tells me I can view so and so for this much money! All I want to do is drop them a note, for pete's sakes!

Thank you. You have mentioned, the speed of the favorite of photo loading time will be lot faster. I wonder, is there any way, you can load up the message center faster? When I have over 10 new messages, it takes a long time time, to open. I am excited to see something new, which is good is about to happen. It's high time. Thank you for your heads-up.

Andrew, thanks for the folders in the message center. It took a while to figure out exactly how to go about retrieving an archived message, tho. How hard would it be to return an archived message to the inbox if a new message that's part of an archived thread comes in? Also, it would be good if that new message shows when the Unread filter is used. How hard would it be to collapse older messages in a conversation thread? The scrolling really sux, especially if using a touch screen.

Since recently the Update status on top of myprofile no more working. It only show an old status I remembered I had used like from last year or the previous. I tried click delete and type a new message. No luck, still showing that same old status. It only show the new status on my profile 'My activities'. Just retry again and still the same problem.

I'm very much enjoying watching the site change - definitely for the better and hopefully in ways that will encourage members to remain and upgrade. The difference in the site between now and a year ago is very encouraging - finally the site is becoming more socially friendly and usable. Best Wishes, Al

i hope they continue to have a reason for woman to stay on here...i paid for my membership the first 6 years..i haven't since, either because someone gave me a gift of membership or the icebreaker or member privileges...because the day i HAVE to pay to have myself pimped out on affiliate sites is the day i go...that might be an option for those that DONT want to be pimped is have a woman's paying membership that keeps you only on the site you signed up for...or freebies and use us like you do anyway    je ne regrette rien
