I feel that all of us are learning with you! I'm definitely learning a lot from your experience. Jeez! I can relate to what you mean, I hardly ever ask for any type of help no matter what it is. That may need to change as I continue to age.

You are a grown woman. Nobody has waited on you hand and foot since you were a wee babe. If the sheets needed washed, they needed washed. It's your task. I get you. I can tsk tsk you, however I have done similar dumb things myself too soon after surgery. It's a learning experience. You will do better in the future. Forgive yourself. Do something nice for yourself even if it is just a little treat the boys offer. Big hugs!!

Nothing I can say will help. You already know the answer. Iv been thru multiple surgery in my life time Many stitches from the bottom of my foot to my eye ball its self. My forearm to my cut off top of my ear. I've never rushed recovery it's not worth the risk. Slow down ask for help your to important to us. For every action they is an equal action that may not be reversed. Now rest let your roommates treat yo like a Queen that you are Get well xoxoxoxo Thomas
